RAD Connections Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "our") operates this website (radcms-tools.eu) and the RadCMS Tools product. Our registered office is in Warsaw, Poland.

2. What data we collect

When you visit this site or contact us, we may collect:

• Information you provide voluntarily (email, name, company) through forms or email replies
• Basic analytics data (page views, referrer) via privacy-friendly analytics
• Communications metadata if you reply to outreach we send

3. Cold outreach

If you received an unsolicited email from us, your business contact data was obtained from publicly available B2B sources (LinkedIn, company websites, public business directories). We use this data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for B2B prospecting only.

You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing unsubscribe@radconnections.com. We honor opt-out requests within 24 hours and remove your data from our outreach lists permanently.

5. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@radconnections.com.

6. Data retention

We retain prospecting data for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Customer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years for tax compliance.

7. Third parties

We use the following processors: Cloudflare (CDN), Zoho Mail (email), Apollo / Instantly (outreach), Brevo (marketing automation). All have GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

8. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.
